
I searched all over town for a bootcamp that felt like it would be a good fit for me and my needs–and I definitely found it with Ultimate Indoor Bootcamp!As a plus sized woman I wanted to join a bootcamp that didn’t make me feel like a loser if I couldn’t keep up. I didn’t want someone screaming at me to keep going when I was already pushing my maximum. Brian knows first hand how it feels to go from being unfit to fitness as an adult–he understood that in the beginning my best was showing up and not passing out. He pushed me hard in a gentle way that helped me to do my best each day and now I’m able to do far more than I ever imagined! I especially love that the bootcamp is held indoors on a carpeted spring floor with lots of toys to play with–each day is a whole new workout and I love the variety–I don’t think we’ve ever done the same thing twice. I also love that the space has a big garage door for fresh air, a sound system for music, and bathrooms readily available. I lost pounds and inches and gained strength and fitness…thank you!

A friend recommended Ultimate Indoor Bootcamp to me and I am very happy she did!I‘ve had a great relationship with running for years, but my routine was getting stale. Now I’m participating in my second season of the program and can say I’ve gotten significantly stronger overall and the cardio intervals have improved my running too. I never thought I would be excited to get up at 5:15am four days a week, but now I look forward to it. Anyone looking to shake up their routine, improve their cardio, or increase their functional fitness should give this program a try.

Ultimate Indoor Bootcamp has drastically changed my life for the better. It brought out a side of me that I’ve always wanted to be but never thought I could ever achieve.I‘ve trained with Brian since the beginning and not once has the class ever been the same nor has it ever been boring. They push you to your ultimate limit and leave you feeling like you can conquer any obstacle life throws at you.
It’s hard to imagine now ever walking into a gym and exercising without the wonderful friends I’ve made and my amazing instructors. It’s made me realize that there is no “quick fix” to a better body and a happier life. It takes dedication and hard work…all that I have enjoyed doing so much. I am the happiest I’ve ever been in my life since joining this group and I owe it all to Brian, my friends from class and most importantly…to myself!
